Visitors Comments I've lived away from Preston for over 30 years - currently in Leamington Spa - but I come back frequently to see my parents and other family members and I think its brilliant. It has one of the best bus services in the country, a vibrant football team, excellent market, interesting surrounding countryside, not to mention the docks area. I will return! bob dilworth I have lived in Preston all my life and think it is great. The new city status is bringing big changes with it and I just hope that the planners take into account the brilliant old architecture that the city centre contains and makes any new building compliment it. Vicky I'm spanish and I spent last year studing in Preston and I miss it a lot, I used to live close to the Avenham park and it's wonderful...I miss Preston Gonzalo I live in Preston and its a vibrant place, full of life and culture.
